I was sitting in front of my computer, fighting a nasty cold, and trying to decide what to blog about when it came to me. A lot of people are sick right now with colds, the flu, etc. How can we lessen our chances of getting sick? By creating a healthier living environment. One of the best ways to do that is to vacuum regularly. Vacuuming with a good quality machine can remove up to 70% of the soil and particulate in your carpet. There are many studies that show carpet as being the largest air filter in a home and so keeping it clean can greatly improve the indoor air quality resulting in a healthier living environment. Wanna fight sickness, feel better, have more energy? Vacuum, vacuum, vacuum! Clean carpets = better indoor air quality = healthier home.
